My
husband was diagnosed with cancer 9 years ago. Throughout
his treatment and remission, we have seen many, many doctors.
In all of those years, we never experienced the kind of care
that we were given at Gold Coast. Dr. Palter and his staff
are an unbelievably dedicated & caring group of people.
When you are experiencing any type of fertility
problem, you can sometimes feel very alone. After meeting
the staff at Gold Coast, my husband and I no longer felt that
way.
During my first visit to Dr. Palter, I knew
that his practice would be different. When we met in his office,
his desk was pushed up against the wall. When we spoke, he
sat in a chair next to me, not behind his desk. This one gesture
made a huge impression on me. I thought finally I wasn't being
'talked at', I felt that I was being listened to.
Dr. Palter, Rachel, and Deanna were
always so wonderful and supportive. I think it's very rare
to find a staff that can make you feel the way that they do.
They showed empathy when things did not work out while still
remaining positive that things would. They always gave encouragement,
and made me feel as if we were all in it together. Although
they were dealing with many patients, they always managed
to keep the feeling warm and personal. I never once went to
the office for an appointment and had to "sign in".
I was always greeted with a smile from Rachel or Deanna
and a "Hi Lauren, how are you". It never felt like
a "fertility factory".
We can never thank Dr. Palter and his staff
enough for all they did for us. Words can't express how we
feel. My husband and I rave about the practice all of the
time. I've already passed their card along to 3 friends. They're
all hopeful that they will experience the same outcome as
my husband and I. We're expecting our first child…. |
